Hi,

How are you all? its been quite a long time. since i was busy i couldnt make this post but i've been following this show for Param and that made me wonder where is this story heading to? there's no head or tail for this story. is this because of the poor storyline or poor execution? we cant blame the actors we have good actors in the show. first of all i had quite expectations from this show but this show disappointed. the storyline seems totally disconnected! ive few questions which was lingering in my mind. please answer if you could.

first and foremost, how come Mariam arrived Bhopal and went to "The conference" where Fawad was there? how come she got that information?

2. how come Mariam knew that women Fawad was talking to is Bhakti?😕

3. more confusing how & why the hell Mariam girl is having a romantic dream with Fawad? did she suffered a memory loss? those trip and fall.. those eye locks.. Jannu na tak tk hai.. but romantic sequence.. all of a sudden? why?this was the same guy whom she hated in the past and still hates. or shall we just conclude she was attracted due to good looks?

4. That school thing was damn confusing. 1st Mariam was narrating story of her and Fawad as Alia's parents and then says she is her choti Ammi🤪

5. Most important.. why is Fawad portrayed dumb? this is really annoying! 😡

P.S. editing and execution is the worst part! some scenes end and other scene starts which has no continuation or logic! there is no consistancy in the scenes

P.S.S: ive said this before and im saying this again. expect nothing good from starplus. they wont promote the shows which give them low trps. the low trp shows are treated like trash. plus this show has no hopes until and unless quality ( story and Execution) improves.

Neither I qualify for those question nor do have their answers... Have quit watching after two episodes...But I have one question for you. 😈 Why did the actors booked their tickets for the sinking titanic? 🤓

They don't have well scripted story, the biggest flaw the show revolves around a certain character which herself is the most boring character of the show. All she does crying here and there and chanting ABBU all the time thus wasting viewer's time that could be utilised for something productive. 🥱

I had the same question how come Mariam got to know where Fawad lives? As far as I remember neither the inspector nor Fawad had ever used the name BHOPAL infront of her... isko kaise pata chala? 😕 On the conference point details on a joint conference can be extracted from the media... but I think that confrence was for Bhakti only. Bhakti se Mariam ko kya kaam? 🤔

This is because cvs are desperate for showing love angle. Look at the characters they don't share any kind of emotional connection yet idhar udhar girte padhte and nain patakta chal raha hai... Kyu? 😲🤣 Frankly speaking these forced eye locks is getting annoying. Bache nahi hain jo ek do eye lock bina matlab ke dekho and ooo aah lala karo. 🥱

Forget about speech k time kya hua yeh batao Mariam ko participate kaise karne diya? 😕 IF am not wrong yeh sab pehle se decided hota hai between parents and the school k who is going to participate etc. If Aliya's mother is dead obvio form pe Fawad ka naam gaya hoga, how come they allowed koi bhi for taking part? School ka naam pata kro aise school se bacho ko dur rakho...🤣

Wrong question. Fawad becomes dumb before Mariam only, this is how ITV works. 🤣

There's no connection between scenes, shifting from one scene to another is abrupt.

Starplus kya I don't like the entire star network. This greedy network cares less about viewer's sentiments or the actors. Do bar iss bekar ke network ne dasa hai by forcfully shutting down PKYEK and Sadda Haq. 😡 Plus I have least expectaion on the story part. The titles of the show MARIAM KHAN Reporting Live itself is limiting better writing scope.

Hi, I am doing good by skipping the show. They are jumping here and there for nothing. Mariam scenes are getting on my nerves, no offence she's given typical dialogues and cries only. Fawad isn't different than the other male characters. He just knows two emotions anger and frustration. The actors are brilliant, no doubt in that.

IMO this show should have never go for a Leap n continue with the old cast n Little Mariam .. But due to less TRP the makers decided to take the most clichd route - Leap.. They bought Param n Mahima to gain TRPs .. But bringing in well known faces doesn't bring ratings.. Good story does which this show is lacking..

Yes we're watching it for Param but how long?? Param said Fawad is a Journalist who would have many layers .. But till now all we have seen is a very weak version of Randhir Singh Shekhawat ..

It's been only 2 weeks n I've already missed 3-4 epis in between coz the story doesn't exite me

Anyways the show was supposed to go off air in December n whatever is going on if it continues then definitely it would go off air within this year n I'm ready for it ..

I'm actually shocked with the post leap track. This show doesn't even look or feel like it has a story anymore. I'm utterly confused at how boring it is. I'm shocked the trp's aren't lower given how there is not a single thing abut this post-leap track that is entertaining or attention-grabbing. This show went to shit the moment they brought in the pakistan track which was stretched beyond belief and was incredibly boring.

This show would have been better if they hadn't introduced that lousy track in the first place, had focused more on rihaan, zain, mahira, meher as well as simultaneously shown a solid track for mariam, possibly a school based track where mariam discovers some scandal at the school and starts investigating/ keeping an eye on this matter in order to expose the said scandal. Also, simultaneously to all this they could also have had a separate track for majaaz around his journalist job.

Indian tv never thinks to run more than one track at a time that isn't just focused on one particular character. International shows manage to give side/ supporting characters sub plots that run along side the main story of the main characters despite their seasonal format of maybe only showing 1 episode per week for a few months in a season, whereas indian tv can't justify writing at least two tracks that can run simultaneously?

How is it that indian serials air 5 days a week throughout the year without a break and can't manage to give any screen space/ story to supporting characters whilst running a separate story for the main characters?
