She didn't mean to send her servant to Arjuna. So she needed the key. As for how she knew which key, this is asking how did the eagles appear to save Frodo in LOTR! No answer. But it would've been better if she sent her servant directly to Arjuna. In that way she could've made sure Urvi got free as it was unlikely that a female servant would succeed in that, and she didn't have to face Dury! Why are we all not sitting together and writing the script, I wonder!😆
