Watched very few episodes so writing according to that only :
1) Show is based on EMA which is yet not acceptable by Indian audience.
2) Kunal was never able to give a reason of why he felt Nandini was right and not Mauli - so it looks attraction and not divine love.
3) Nandini was always given dialogues that she got what she was desperately missing in her life till date - Love looks like selfish need and not divine.
4) Kunal and Nandini never felt an iota of guilt after Mauli got to know things - they had made up their mind to carry on with their relationship, so then why did they hide their relationship if they got so sure.
5) Kunal did not flicker even for a second both the times - after Mauli realizing about his EMA or when he got Mauli's pregnancy news. He is behaving as if he was tied to Mauli at gun point and so carries no feelings for her.
6) I dunno whether Cv's showed turmoil of Kunal when he realized he was falling for Nandini but when the wife gets to know of the EMA , the turmoil is different which was never shown.
