The problem is that everybody has kept their brain aside to think why would "THE SHIVAY SINGH OBEROI" will kill for money,and even if he has killed why would he be present near that dead body?
We the audience know that why did shivay shoot Tej.ANybody else doesnt know it.
OmRu rhinks that Shivay has killed their father for money.Similarly for company employees he is a murderer who has been released within 5years.
Anybody would hate a murderer
Only Shivay can remove this hatred by atleast trying to tell Omru that what kind of a man Tej was and they should be thankful to him as Omru are alive only because of Shivay.
Shivay needs to get out of his guilt and tell the truth to everybody.
The only other way is that Tej comes back which will most probably happen.
