Tough question. My take aditya was attracted to zoya from the very first meeting and unknowingly zoya had trusted and cared for him. She holding his hand in the plane and then in bridge maane ya na maane dialogue. In the rooftop she pulled down his mask first. Though angry aditya comes and saves her. After her suicide attempt somewhere an unnamed relation happens between them which grows in fake marriage track as they support each other and when jungle track happened they were much more than friends though both didn't realize it. Though at loggerheads zoya doesn't want to humiliate aditya in public and hence take pregnancy report to him. She is deeply troubled when sakshi accuses him. Then once he clears yash name she gives those feelings the name of friendship. The separation make their heart miss each other. And that stormy night where aditya saves her brings out their strong feelings for each other. Aditya realizes and accepts first but it take time for zoya as she is afraid to love once again bepannah. But on her nikkah day realizes she can't be without him and he is a man worthy of her trust.
