What I feel is that one cannot just be either religious or just have faith on scientific evidence. The relation of both to our experiences and faith to me is very complex. May it be due to fear or faith in God from our experiences that propels us into believing that God truly exists. On a personal level, there are several things in which I do not support superstition and rather scientific evidence. Such as bad omens, for example. But whenever it comes to my loved ones or whenever I find myself in a grave situation, I tend to believe in all sorts of 'signs', even if it is omens; something I claim to not believe.

For me, I can never classify myself as only a religious or scientific person because of the circumstances and situations that make me believe in both. In my perspective, Naina has always prayed to God for a 'chamatkar' either when she finds herself or her loved ones in trouble.

I did not intend to hurt anyone's sentiments or beliefs. And I sincerely apologize if I unknowingly did so.

I agree our relationship with the Creator is complex and sometimes diabolical. Even the atheist says "Help me God!" when the plane is about to crash. As I said before, science helps us to understand how things come about, but it cannot explain why or who creates those things. It's important to always keep both science and religion in perspective.
