First of all I want to say that I had stopped watching IB long back and had left that forum too. But recently I saw an episode and have been watching for a week right now. So I might have missed out on some points which others know. Secondly as you can see by DP, Om has been my favorite character since the beginning but that doesnt mean that I can not comment and others

So coming to the point, I have been seeing a lot of posts here about Anika turning into a doormat or of her being into the Pati Parneshwar jaap.

First of all I want to know what is the problem if she repeatedly reminds Shivaaye of relation. Is it simply because her characteristics doesn't match with the Anika you liked? If that's the case then remember she isn't your Anika but a different girl in AU but if you find it regressive then sorry to say it isn't. . She is commanding her position. What more pro female could an action be .

When Shivaaye asked him that why she waited for 5 years to which she replied that it is because she is his Patni, I know few of you might that she should have said that it is because she is in love but do realize the gravity of her statement, she didn't say that she waited because of love but she waited because they are now in a relationship which would bind than for not one but seven lives. Loving is only the first part of a relationship. A relationship is strong when you are devoted to the other person and by her actions Anika is exhibiting that she has already reached that stage in their relation. This statement means much more than a simple ILoveU. I feel that if Shivika of RU were a girl and a boy here they are a man and woman with much maturity.

Thanks for saying you didn't watch the episodes of redux or the show since many days.

I agree with you when you told she is not begging for her position...I don't know which real Annika u r talking abt but as far as I remember Annika never begged Shivaay to accept her as his wife.

But u missed the most important things in redux 😆 the dialogues of Annika which made people say all these things right now.🤣 to understand what it is, u should watch at least 57 episodes to be precise starting from episode no 595 to know why all r having traumatic experience listening to those dialogues.🤣

Edit: I thought I should add more details at least so that it's clear that it's dialogues fault and not viewers fault.😆

It's not abt the dialogue which is given recently when Shivaay asked her why she waited for him for 5yrs. But it's abt the repetition of same dialogues people had problem with😆

Imagine you are being served with same food everyday by your mom without any change in the menu and tatse.😉🤣 I hope you understood.

Similarly the dialogues in redux for annika since 595 episode to 652 episode are almost same without any change🤣or at least same meaning with one or two words change😆 I'm strictly talking abt only the dialogues that r given in this context.

So obviously viewers want to hear something diff 😆

That's why Nihara and I said, maybe it would be good if she said she don't know why she waited but she wanted to wait or something which is diff and not repeated from those 57 epsiodes.

Anika have no personality,individuality,identity or any specific characterisation in this Redux.She is just a Robot who says

"Aap mera pati hai

Aap mera parameshwar hai

Hum pati patni

Mangalsutra pehnaoge

Sindoor pehnoge

Hum tumhara patni

Shaadi aisa hota hai

Shaadi kaisa hota hai" 🤣

Repeating of all these dialogues in each scene,80 episodes means i thiink 160 times she repeated this 🤣I don't want tape recorder repeating 160 times same thing that too highly allergic things🤣

What i know about her other than these dialogues?

~ She twirls and dances in excitement at sarees,bindi,any new gift"

~She makes Dosas

~once upon a time loved her gundi sister

~She worships her pati parameshwar

Thats all about Anika in this Redux

And also forgot to ask.Did you watch all the Shivika scenes of RU?😆Where did she beg him to accept her as his wife?😕.Are we watching the same show?😆.

Agree with the point that pati patni dialogue was irritating...especially on the night where Shivaay got to know about Tej's true colours. But it looks fine after the leap as she is process of bringing back her sso. Such lengthy dialogues are needed when motivating someone 😛

And ab dhe is not? When she is hammering it in every scene ss if shivaay is ghajini that the only reason they are still together is caz unfortunately shaadi ho gayi and bas yehi hai bond

Are we seriously saying this us more mature and not regressive than the understanding the faith and depth of real anika who never needed any of these stamps to prove to anyone what she and shivaay shared what they were for each other

They were not shallow like this and shallowness hunse bardasht nshi hoti

Danke ki chot pe abika lovers hoke bokte hai cut the crap humein kisi 2 roz ke aaye bande se nshi janana humari anika kya thi kya hai and kya hogi and uski maturity samjhni

This anika is khokli regressive trp sample annoying ladki jiski duniya sirf shaadi tak seemit hai bas aur life main kuch hai nahi and sorry this is 2018 such mahaanta doesn't work waise bhi but esp in case of anika

We will happily take our "non devoted "& supposedly "immature" anika because that girl was Real

Irritated by same repeated dialogues without any change for many episodes.😆

Hope they change dialogues next time 😆

This is also for the person who commented above you. By begging I don't mean literally asking the other person to accept her, but accepting the person as your spouse when he is not even acknowledging you. Staying in the house of a person who treats you like a trash. This might not be literally asking the other person to accept you but it is an indirect way to do that. And is a very regressive content. This is simply the answer, if you people don't want to accept it fine don't but for me this is begging

If this Anika who has seen the affect of not being someone's wife since the childhood and knows how important Sindoor MS is in practical life then that still makes some sense but when the same thing is done by an Anika who keeps name, family name etc. At the last of her priority list it does becomes regressive

Secondly as I said, my statement or post is only about how she is behaving right now, not how she behaved in last 40 episodes. As far as I can see right now she is trying to make Shivaaye rise up from the ashes with not just her love but also with an authority of her position in his life

P.S. I am no longer a kid to be served food by my mom. I had st ayed alone for my studies and job for 8 years before getting married last year. Iam a married woman and know the feeling after marriage when you start feeling not just love with the other person but also a sense of ownership and right. A feeling that whatever happens we would remain together not forcefully but due to the soul connect. This is a feeling much stronger than love and now you might start calling me TRP aunty or anything but you actually need to be much more mature to understand my post.

.Anika was never my favorite character for sure. But in my entire post I never said that the RU Anika was not as good as this one. I just mentioned the time when she was at OM despite Shivaaye announcing Tia as his wife. Or when she accepted Dad's Dadi's derer to stay in his room even after this That was definitely regressive

since i didnt watch the redux till last week so dont know thid Anika might also have done the same which would have been both regressive and irritating. But right now what she is doing is not so at all. She is commanding the utmost authority for being his wife not hanging onto relation made by mistake or might by force but by rights she have over Shivaaye. Love is one part of marriage, feeling ownership towards your partner while respeting his or her individuality is the second part or may be second stage and she has reached to that stage now.

This post isn't against the real Anika who was completely a different individual. But about the AU Anika who isn't wrong right nownf
