Why doesn't anyone ask Kabeer what he wants?

For the sake of this post I will forget what a manipulative man Kabeer is. I will forget he is biggest hypocrite I have seen in ITV (No,not just ITV, the sadistic heroes in Mills and Boons whom I hate are also better than him so he is the biggest hypocrite I have encountered in the world of mass media, by anyways...).For this post only I believe he is a righteous man who ended up marrying an innocent woman to save her life (I so don't buy into this) and could not muster the courage to inform his first wife about it because he loved her so much and could not in any way be the cause for her hurt' (the excuse is so bad that I don't even rent' into this let alone buy this excuse).

So why is he not asked what his plans are.He has two wives. Out of mazhabi majboori for one and mazhabi majboori coupled with love for another, he can't divorce them (he felt no such majboori and never needed a reason to divorce Zara before). Now what? He wants to treat both the woman equally, buy them similar clothes and accessories, keep them fed and clothed as well as he can, spends one night with Zara and another with Rukhsar etc etc or he has some other plans? From where I stand then as both these women are his legally wedded wives (civil court does not agree with this as a man cannot have multiple wives and islamic court will never accept a second wife unless the first wife had knowledge of and consented to the marriage of her husband before the second marriage took place) so he has to treat them equally out of mazhabi majboori. If and when Rukhsar makes claim on her conjugal rights, he will have to give it to her. If Zara makes peace with the situation, he cannot relegate Rukhsar to a corner in his home and go around pretending that Zara is his one and only wife. So why does not Zara or Kazi Saheb or his mother or anyone ask him what he plans to do. Why does no one ask him how he expects to handle this situation. In this day and age, does he plan on carrying on with two marriages and fathering children of both his wives? I think instead of showing anger, throwing fits, his mother or even Zara sat down with him and asked him the correct questions, he would be cornered into taking responsibility and therefore action even if it means Zara getting a divorce. For me actually, that's the best thing that can happen to Zara. There is nothing in Kabeer to recommend him as a husband. And me being a muslim, I want to do nafl prayers to Allah to thank him for not giving me a husband even remotely like Kabeer, that's how much his sad excuse of a man and a muslim makes me feel.

This is how I wanted yesterday's episode's confrontation between the leads.
( conversation between Zara and Kabeer)
Zara- Kabeer you are the love of my life. I'll rather choose to die than thinking of sharing you with anybody. Do you really expect that I'll be ok with sharing you with Rukhsar. What do you want exactly? Do you want to take the responsibility of two wives and treat them equally. Haven't you thought about a solution to this problem?
Kabeer - I don't want that women in my life(in high pitched voice). The only person I care about is you. I love you more than anything. It's Killing me everyday seeing you breaking down each day because of wat I did(and some more romantic and cheezy dialogues). All I want right now from you is to give me some time and trust me. I'll think of a solution to get that women out of our life's.

But instead we got some good romantic dialogues that were just shown to compensate the screen space Zara needed. Also the conclusion of the scene was of no help in solving the problem.

@athai, I know what his plan is. He is waiting for one of his so-called wives to kill the other and live the rest of his life happily ever after with the survivor. Because hey, in the world of ISA criminals are not punished, instead they get to have the most luxurious life one could think of. lol.

Veronica 13, the scene was very good. But I was left disappointed. The poor girl kept crying and poured his heart out as to how she couldn't share him. He could have simply said that he was not going to have him shared between two women and eased her insecurities. But he kept talking about how he loved her and didn't want to lose. As if he is ok with being with two women and Zara should accept it too.

Exactly..that scene was amazing and they portrayed it wonderfully but then it was incomplete. It's like Kabeer wants Zara to adjust with her Sautan. Not once did he mention about how he is going to solve this mess. Nobody asked him about it. I wanted Zara to question him but she was in her own trauma

They are delaying him confessing how he actually feels about Ruksar to Zara and extending this illogical track for no reason. He could have simply said that he doesn't want Ruksar as his wife and will find a solution. It would have put Zara at ease. But no that was too much for him to say.

He did say it was his majboori, but not in so many words, he was getting cheesed off every time zara reminded him that he would have Ruksaar even if he did not have Zara, but it wouldn't have hurt if he would have said that it is not Ruksar he wants but her. Yes, he expects her to live with ruksaar in the shadows and behave like it's all normal, especially knowing how Ruksaar would not leave any opportunity to put Zara down and treat her like dirt. I really don't know which world Kabeer lives in, for all his philosophical talks he sounds like a jack ass every time he talks about Farz and religion, the guy doesn't know the difference between love and obsession, right and wrong, Zara's worries were perfectly put across by her to kabeer and he had no answers to her questions of how he expects her to sleep every night he shares his bed with Ruksaar, is he that heartless?
