we need ethical directors producers etc..whether man or woman

and this is the purpose of me too movement

do not make it a women support movement..it.is about right vs wrong..so any wrong man or woman should be kicked out..

many women producers also have apparently harrassed some actresses..we do not need them too..

we need ethical people running the show..whether thats a man or a woman. period.

I don't know why people are saying he knew it from before so should've done it earlier? What rubbish. Why should an actor stop shooting or end his friendship with someone who hasn't been proven guilty? Until the harassed person doesn't speak up it makes sense for the others to be quiet and mind their own business.

We should be happy that at least now people have finally gotten the guts to speak up and are being supported by such huge names.
