1) Did TB know of his behaviour before the complaint?
I have no clue. No one would. I dont follow aib much but if they were on friendly terms then it cannot be ruled out he would have some inkling about Utsav's behaviour. I mean look at all the accounts of women. It's hard to believe he didn't have the slightest clue before the incident.

Like if I own some office or business I would have some idea of how my people behave with each other. Let's give him BOD here.

2) As far I can recall TB said that he didn't pursue it further cus Utsav started to harass her more. I have read too many metoo stories so can't be sure. But you can refer to his apology or mahima's accounts on twitter again.

See my only problem is...if someone came to upto regarding someone's problematic behaviour. It is important to take it very seriously which Tanmay said he didn't pursue seriously.
He could've literally written an open account on Utsav warning telling people what had happened without naming Mahima or name her with her consent so that more women could've been saved from the creep. One thing is very obvious TB didn't want the controversy and wanted to bury it ASAP too. which is why I don't feel sorry him at all. He will anyway come back after this dies down lol.
