So, Have been around IF and SM alot to know that right now Bepannah is one of the top shows out there with humongous fan fallowing...

But was reading IF online Trp, and a thought came in...Why is online Trp of BP so low?

I mean, I understand the normal Trp ratings being low and how Trp aunties have different take on entertainment...But what about the online trp?

Why is online Trp of our show so low, considering BP has one of the biggest fan following (At least, thats what I want to believe, considering the IF ranking or Twitter trends)

Any idea, how Online Trp works?

Can we do something to increase Online Trps?

This is one thing which even I don't understand

Like as you said I get about the trp thing but online trp should be high at least

Exactly my point...Is there some portal or something, from where we should see the episodes to increase the Trp?

Because it's frustrating to see low Online trps when you have one of the biggest fandom online for the show...

We should strengthen our positives (which is our online activity by fans)

I'll be honest, I usually watch Bepannaah on TV but on days when i reached home late then i watch it via other online serial sites which upload episodes immediately rather than waiting for VOOT to upload it the next day. Maybe, if voot uploads the episode at least within an hour from the time it is aired then i think it will definitely help our online TRP.

Online fan following consists of not just people living in India but around the world. People living in India can watch the show on Voot and YouTube but those living in other countries can't watch the episodes on Voot without VPN connection. They mostly watch in other sites. If Voot was available in other countries, I am sure the online ratings of BP would have been much higher.

In BARC ratings, this show is always low that means trp audience don't prefer watching it because the drama is considerably less compared to other shows so they might find it boring. Trp audience don't care for hot lead pair, they care for drama and that's the reason Kekta's outdated shows still rule the charts. Those same trp audience may be watching this show online or may be not.

This is my take on it.

The method of calculating online trps itself is a mystery to me! I dnt knw which sites they take into account for calculating the trps. Is it oly official websites of the channel or utube unapproved sites?!

For the 1st few weeks bp's online trp was very good it was on top 5 cntinously but after tht it went dwn. Atleast barc we knw hw they wil calculate but no autentical source for online trp so thts when i realised tht online trps are not reliable nd authentical. Above all this certain shows never face any downfall in online trps frm the beginning till now the trps of those shws are the same😆 so i stopped giving imptnce to online trps.

it's a big mystery how trp is calculated

so better see the show no point breaking your head

frankly I never believed in online trp

Bepannah hands down is ranked 1. Now I seriously doubt the authenticity of that trp online channel. Coz ATM BP is the most popular on Voot, YT and SM sites.

The online trps we have been first a couple of times aswell, we were continously in top 5 until August. But after Arshad track we slipped to the 7th and we have been in top 7-9 since 1.5 months.

Online or BARC TRPs none are reliable IMO 😆 don't understand how it gets calculated.

This shows that many fans who stopped watching during Arshad track has not returned
