Law making is one of the tough job.
They need to make it keeping in mind victim getting advantage and opportunists taking advantage from it.

I know it's easier said than done. It's easy to say quit, leave him and dump him, but you won't understand it till you yourself get to experience it. Still I would say why do these women end their lives for assholes? Not worth it.

Before blaming sc decision we have to know what is 497 according to IPC. This sec is abolished by court because in this only victim male can file a case to another male who is having affair with his wife whereas in women case it not show any rule and This Is The Only Reason For Abolishing this 497 sec

Marriage is related to the person morality
It not come under Criminal law but come under civil wrong

According to Right To Equality and Right to Freedom
this the personal choice of a person to whom he / she have sex .
No one have right to force anyone
