The reason I feel this forum is not open to criticism is because most of the people here want to write and read only good or positive things about the show. Even if there's some problem in the show, people tend to ignore it. Maybe because we all are active in other SM like Instagram and Twitter and we all know those sites are full of negativity, fan wars, etc. This forum is much saner compared to those sites and people come here to enjoy reading positive posts after going through negative things there so slight amount of criticism in any topic and they start overreacting.

But still I would say that this is the only active forum on IF where members are quite matured and don't end up bashing other members. All the previous active forums of IF which enjoyed the No. 1 status like this forum have been pathetic.

I praise what I like and I criticize what I don't like. There have been people who didn't agree with me and criticized me but I don't care because I know this is a free country and we all are entitled to our opinions so just chill and keep making more topics on the show.

I have received backlash - not directly but as u pointed, the moment I made a post stating my views on what could be the flaws in the story or its characters, I saw numerous posts going up vehemently defending the show. It doesn't take rocket science to figure out why those posts appeared, that too just a couple of mins after I posted mine 😆 As basilisk stated, some people get way too attached to the show, that they do not understand when a criticism is made in a constructive manner. Also everyone has their own perspective of looking at things n as such opinions largely differ 😊 I found the post leap track silly on many occasions n when I pointed that out, I was greeted with posts saying one should appreciate the hard work of writers. But hey, I am a writer too, so I have a fair understanding of how it works n I also know someone who is a brilliant writer herself n she also happens to be a writer in the TV industry. When I read her FFs n when I see how a story written by her is executed, I realise how badly things can get screwed up. So I sort of empathize with these writers at the same time even though I criticize the show, if that makes sense 😆

Coming to ur lesson, lesson 1 - same case with me 😆 If I make one post stating anything remotely against AdiYa my discussion goes on n on whereas my FFs barely get 3 or less pages worth of comments 🤣 Lesson 2 and 3 apply for me too 😉 4???? Not sure 😆 thanks to my posts, I might have lost half my readers already. I had got more than 80 likes on my first chapter n the last one stands at less than 40 (but here this could be the case coz readers are not happy with my writing - donno 🤔) Thankfully 5 hasn't happened but there was this time when one reader questioned me how I would feel if someone said something negative about my FF just bcoz I criticsed the show 🤣 Lesson 6 - Game on 😎 I do that too on some occasions 😉

Enjoyed reading ur post n this was the first time I came across ur post! Sorry I am not so active on some days n I tend to miss out on many posts. But I certainly liked the kiss post regardless of whether I agreed to it or not n I am intrigued to read ur story after coming across ur posts coz I found ur thought process interesting n I am sure that will reflect in ur story telling too 😊
