Star kids either don't go to college or drop out quickly because formal education has no value in their line of work. It's not needed. Acting and producing are skills you can learn on set and mediocrity is fine. You will still survive.

I think they just go for a while to get a posh accent and have some fun. Then they can pretend like Saifu that they are better than the average riff raff because they can speak with a foreign-sounding accent.

Despite all he is a failure. he has a great education but he is doing nothing. Sitting on his ass. Even his Kabaddi team his father bought him and he is still working in his 70s. While I do not condone the woman hitting him, I agree with her sentiment.

We make our own luck by working hard. That is who I respect not nalayaks like Abhishek.

Abhishek Bachchan is well known under-rated Indian actor who has done 11 films so far...Technically he does not have the need to earn a living to be blunt and everyone including you, know that.
With that being said, he was the brand ambassador and face for Idea Cellular ($2 billion company) along with recently signed deal with the END7 campaign of the Global Network for Neglected Tropical Diseases as a brand ambassador. He has always been preferred in this roles and few examples are LG Home appliances, American Express credit cards, Videocon DTH, Motorola mobiles (remember Moto Rockr?), Ford fiesta. He is always considered for world tours promoting Bollywood which adds to his source of income. He does a lot of guest appearance at charity shows, awards functions, political events sometime asking for remuneration and sometimes doing it for free (depending on the cause and people associated with the event) And ofcourse, he has his personal investment banker who takes care of his assets and multiplies them. Lastly, he owns a team Pink Panthers in Pro Kabaddi League 2014. It's smart investment that will return him good money through various sponsors and tie-ups but importantly wake India back to its forgotten sport. So, all respect and credit to Abhishek Bachchan for that.

This is enough for him to live a life that you could only envy in your entire life unless you are Amitabh Bacchan secretly asking this question on Quora to know perception about his son in public.
