Waseem...I cannot justify you anymore

I normally try to justify waseem and his actions and paint him as a grey character (which I'm sure he still is, a grey character I mean)

So today we do agree Waseem can't be justified anymore.It was nice to discuss with you about Waseem as i get to know different perspective and i myself try to analyze him from unbiased lens but today this man again kicked a new low. Aditya vowed him today that he will keep her happy and safe and fulfilled as long as alive for Saat Janam.. a loving father would have atleast considered those words. A loving father or a father with a heart would have atleast try to understand his daughter's point. But not Waseem cause all his words were just that words.. Khokle. Today he was sulking and i disapproved him more for that. It is all about His ego.. His dhoka.. His pain.. His wishes.Sadly saying it again he is a very realistic character.

Actually we will find men like Waseem in many households who have some kind of a superiority complex and love to dominate women. I won't call them MCPs but they do underestimate women and take them for granted. Waseem is one of them. As long as Zoya lived her life on his terms, she was his sabse pyaari beti. Once she goes against him and takes her own decision, she becomes a dhokebaaz for him. I still don't understand how can parents call their children dhokebaaz if they take their life's own decisions. Parents do want their children to be independent after they grow up and stand on their own feet. Time comes when parents want to stop taking complete responsibilities of their children once they stand on their own feet.

Honestly, i have never been able to justify Waseem! 🤢 Not even when he was right about Yash! 😛 Waseem is a highly egotistical man...and for him, his daughters are bound to obey him and his wishes. If they dont, then he sulks and gets angry... As a father, he has the right to try to stop his daughters from mistakes or from faulty decisions, but he does not have the right to impose his decisions on his daughters anyway!

Nobody in the family can justify him not even roshnaq and rightly so. I think he should have had a heart to heart conversation with zoya giving her freedom and saying that he forgave her for running away with yash he just burdened zoya instead

The thing is, waseem is to be blamed for this whole mess.. Yes, others were at fault too but he kind of started this whole process by getting Arshad in the picture to knock out Aditya ..

You.r right..being angry was.ok..even not accepting aditya was acceptable..but throwing an unmarried daughter out saying.u marry aditya or anyone else or no one in particular was the cheapest hurtful.thing a father could say..though his dialogues and actions were heartwrenching..that decision was a very wrong one..he could have simply refused to.let her marry aditya..and maybe break ties with her letting her live in the house..but he did what .most of the fathers.in india.does..its obvious..he wanted her to suffer for her mistake again..for the pain she caused him..to regret loving aditya...that was his intention in chucking her out..but the twist here is..aditya does love her..and he will.be there by her side forever..and wasseem.will repent not understanding that...for sure...

Waseem throwing her out of the house because she chose her happiness is very horrendous act by a father. Come on she is a betrayed widow. Doesn't she deserve happiness/love...yet again.

what didnt sink in with me was the way he made it look like he asked zoya hundred times before fixing her marriage and did all according to zoya's wish...dude who called arshad's parents and talked about alliance ? you did not zoya...when he asked her the very first time to meet arshad zoya straight away refused for any marriage proposal, then who kept forward the condition that she will have to meet arshad if she wants to organise hooda's party? you did...even before the party zoya told in clear words about how she cannot fall in love again...then who wanted her to agree for 2 weeks of courtship with arshad? you did...and after janmastami drama who told that he will forcefully get zoya engaged to arshad against her will ? you did...So basically waseem created all this mess by himself...he is the one who put his daughter in such in tough position...now no point cribbing about it...
