My friend's boyfriend is hitting on me.

A friend of mine has been dating a foreign guy for a month now. She says he's French or something and that he just moved to the US with his family. He's okay actually. Apparently, he's cute or my friend would not have started dating if he was otherwise. I don't know how they met but what I do know is that this guy does not only have interests on my friend but also has his interests on me. He keeps on texting me and asking me to go "netflix and chill' with him but I keep refusing. I want to tell my friend about this but I feel like I am in no position to do so. Should I just tell her?
