There is a joke or a meme going around for some time now about Jethalal that girls have hot dudes for boyfriends but ultimately have to marry men like Jethalal.

Eg. -

Salman Khan, Virat Kohli pe marti ho..
Akhir mein

kisi Jethalal jaise se hi honi hai!

Though I get the reference as he is round and all but he is actually good looking. He has good features just with a round face and a tummy. Example Lena hota to kisi aur ka lete as I feel he is cute. 😆

It's in reference to his looks. Both Jethalal's and Salman's.
