Sonam Kapoor is known for her unfiltered
statements and clear opinions. Recently,
fashion designer Anaita Shroff Adajania
asked her a couple of tricky questions on
her chat show, and Sonam had some very
interesting replies.
Asked if she had ever "mentally murdered" a
co-star, Sonam said, "Yes, several times. I can
even name them, because they are my
friends. I think it was a competition
between Shahid (Kapoor) and Ayushmann
(Khurrana), who takes longer to do their
hair."
Who is a serial dater? Sonam answered
promptly, "Harshvardhan Kapoor."
Asked who in her opinion, is a
troublemaker, Sonam answered, "Kangana
Ranaut, in the best way possible. She wants
to break the glass ceiling and you need to
be a troublemaker to do that. Not a trouble
maker, but someone who stirs the pot. She
does it in the most incredible way, so kudos
to her."
Just a while back, Kangana had hit headlines
as her co-star Sonu Sood had walked out of
Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi , after a
showdown with her. Sonu called her an
"incompetent director", and Kangana lashed
out saying that he didn't want to work
under a woman director.
This isn't the first time Kangana has fought
with her Bollywood colleagues, and it won't
be the last. She has called Karan Johar the
"flagbearer of nepotism" on his chat show,
and this led to a massive debate in
Bollywood. She has pitched battles with
Hrithik Roshan, Aditya Pancholi and Simran
writer, Apurva Asrani.
