We all have seen Shah Rukh Khan in Ra.One
as a superhero. Can we imagine something
greater than that? YES, WE DEFINITELY CAN. It
seems, Stephen Wacker, VP of Creative
Development at Marvel is a fan of THE KING
OF BOLLYWOOD himself. AND, in case there is
any Indian content in the future, Marvel shall
cast Shah Rukh Khan. Sorry Krrish, it is just
not your time! Imagine Shah Rukh Khan
amongst the World's mightiest heroes.
Sounds pretty exciting!
Marvel's content is very appealing
worldwide. Be it their movies or their TV
shows, fans can binge watch for hours.
What makes Marvel interested in India is the
growth of viewership in the last few years.
The fanbase has increased massively with
the likes of the latest Avengers: Infinity War.
Now, Marvel wants to do something for the
Indian fan base. That might include creating
Indian content in the future. Of course, we
are all game for that!

Speaking with Indian Express, Stephen said,
"It's the belief that there is a hero inside all
of us. Within each of us is the belief that we
can be better than who we are. I think that's
exciting for everybody. Not only that, ''We
want to find a way to create characters that
have a home in this world so we can bring
Indian culture to the core North American
Marvel fan. Let them understand a different
part of the world too. I think that's going to
be an exciting thing for Marvel. My hope is
that the fan in India feels just as much part
of the Marvel universe as some kid in New
York. said Stephen.

On being asked about a collaboration with
Indian actors in a Marvel movie, Stephen
laughed and said, "If we make Indian
content, we have to put Shah Rukh Khan. He
has to be in it.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan will be next
seen in Zero. He will be playing the role of a
dwarf in the film. Helmed by Anand L. Rai,
the film will also cast Anushka Sharma and
Katrina Kaif alongside the King of Bollywood.
The film is set to release at the end of this
year.

An average American considers BW is all about colors music dancing poverty srk and aish.

I think the BW media is jumping the gun.

srk is too old to become superhero now..robert downey is planning retirement from iron man movies. an indian villain or something will work..

I can imagine someone like Tiger Shroff as a Marvel Hero only for now. They should create an Indian Prince of Zhopkpuri (or something) 😃 like Wakanda and make him a ancient typed styled hero.

It would be interesting to see a conversation between SRK and RDJ. I feel both have amazing wit and sense of humour and also star power.

SRK is now too old to play a Marvel superhero. Also a superstar of SRK's stature is never going to play a side-hero or Villain in a Marvel film. Yeah, if it's something like Infinity War, where the main villain gets the center stage, then it might be possible. But I will do love to see SRK in a Hollywood film.

There are indian Superheroes by marvel and DC. One i can think is Savitar,good of speed. He is popular and appeared in The Flash series.
