My POV regarding background music

Hello 😊. First of all, I want to say that the background music and songs of this show is very beautiful. In many people's opinion, the background songs played while kunal nandini track means justifying/ romanticizing their emotions. Well, with respect to their point of view, I want to share my POV which is different from them. I think the background songs simply states the desire of kunal's heart in the form of song. For example; "tumhari arzoo"song signifies that kunal's heart's desire is Nandini. It doesn't justify this desire as right because being married kunal's desire for another woman is not right. But still in that moment it is his heart's desire & the song simply state's his feelings in song form. Again, dewaana tera also does not justify this feelings nor whitewash it. Rather I view it as kunal's heart's feelings described through song that kunal has now become dewaana for Nandini & his heart now belongs to Nandini.
So, my view is these songs only describe kunal's feelings in that particular scene in song form, but never justify the feelings. I don't think, writers are trying to justify the feelings by these songs because several times by kunal and Nandini's monologue they have told the audience that these feelings are not right. They have also shown how these things can destroy a wife emotionally compelling her to commit suicide. So, I don't think in kuNan scenes by playing those songs they are justifying the feelings. Rather simply describing their feelings through the song's lyrics
But, this is just my point of view. You may or may not agree with me 😊

I never go by back ground music .I judge character by their dialogue and action .chahe back ground scorer deewana deewana play Karen ya aaye ho zindagi mein tum Bahar ban ke mujhe koi farak nahi padta

for me dialogue And action of character more matter More than background score

I agree with you the song represents his feeling towards Nandini. But that intense feeling towards another woman other than this wife is disgusting to me .Hearing those lyrics on a woman other than his wife while his wife was standing right infront of him is not appealing to me.If he didnt act on his feelings still i can understand, but he is acting on his feelings.I hope he doesn't involve with Mauli physically when he have feelings for Nandini,if he do so he will be a two timer and i don't support or relate with Nandini if she will not understand in future that he is a two timer after all these incidents.Lets hope Nandini realise Kunal is not a faithful person otherwise he wouldn't feel Mauli is a "Puraana rishtha".I have hopes only on Nandini now.She should come out of this asap as it is not good for both Mauli and Nandini.

Well, as the show is about the other woman and feelings for the other woman then the music should be for the feeling for the other woman, correct? Having said that, don't you think it is too soon to call him a two timer and unfaithful as he is not done anything to justify it. I mean they haven't even verbalize them to each other. How can having feelings be wrong, they are just there. If having feelings is wrong, then as someone said on the forum, is having feelings or thinking about an actor, crushing on a character or a book hero wrong? Does that mean we are being unfaithful to our other half? In my opinion no, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Wow! Another beautiful post! I also feel that the bgs are played to express the feelings they have, not tp justify them! And that song is RUHANI AARZOO, meaning DEVINE DESIRE
