This will be Modi's downfall. All parties got together for making foreign funding to political parties as opaque as possible. But people dont even understand the gravitas of that and talking about strings lol.
Even today there was a report in the papers. This is aid not a loan with strings attached like UN, WTO, WHO etc give and then milk million times more . Arabs were Kerala spice trading middlemen for thousands of years. Seems like they are a grateful people.
