Anka tells Nikhil that she was not interested in marrying him.he is initially angry but later he is very disappointed .
then Anika starts trying to convince Shivaye
she starts with divorce papers where both had not signed correctly and this failed divorce was kismat ka ishara that they remained married .
also since she was already married she could not remarry as this would be a crime .
Shivaye refuses to accept anika was married to him .
