Yash had terminal cancer and therefore would not be a good candidate as a donor so they decided to go via donation bank...Maya and her hubby ran into Sahil while hospital, during convo they explained they haven't been successful getting a sperm donor. Sahil offers to do this for them as he figures that by doing good for someone else, it will come back to him.
