As a true blue Tamilian, I was pleased to see that Rohit loves idlis, our favourite breakfast food, and to see that he eats them with the correct accompaniments: sambhar, coconut chutney, and vadais!

The boy has good sense. Idlis are light and nutritious. They are also filling, and will keep him going through all those strenuous hours till lunch!

Apparently he eats them everyday.

Knowing he's very health conscious it's good to see he's found the right balance between yummy food and counting calories.
