After watching Karwaan , I saw some Malayalam movie of Dulquer - Ustad Hotel and Bangalore Days - Those were seriously awesome. DQ is my new favourite.

PLease recommend some good non-bw films which are light hearted and not too dark.

Watch Dilquer's kali its also good.He is shown as person who cannot controls his anger.The l actress .is also good her name is Sai pallavi.I became fan of both of them after watching this movie.Also the girl seen in Bangalore days watch her in the malayalam movie ok shanthi kshanam.which very lighthearted and fun to watch a leading lady going after the man.Her name is nazriya nazim.After watching malayalam movies I know most of their actors name even though I don't understand malayalm.

Also Sai pallavi's telugu movie Fidaa is also good.

There are some good marathi films also if you are interested like Priyanka chopra produced Ventilator is very good.now they are remaking it in gujarathi.
