Neither did i say that she is the most talented actress ever. I admire for her hardwork and i definitely think she is much more committed to her career than her contemporaries. And that works in her favour. She is most driven out of the current lot. U may disagree, ur opinion.

Yes, i would still call her hardworking if i can see the effort she has put in a film that flopped or didnt work. Dont u get it, i dont see the effort in case of her contemporaries. Signing one film after the other and working continuously will not do anything for u if u do not improve from film to film. Or atleast try to. There is that thing about being underrated but i really dont think kriti or shraddha or even parineeti is underrated by any sense. Parineeti ruined her career by taking a hiatus. She was strong competition for alia but what happened? Alia won. Survival of the fittest. Im not even touching upon the future here before u jump at me saying this wont be the case in future. I don't understand why her talent should be undermined by saying that kjo is backing her. Would kjo back her if she gave one dud after the other? I ask the question again...had kjo given DZ or Highway or Raazi or even HTP and BKD to shraddha or Kriti. Would they be able to do complete justice to the roles? Going by their previous performances i dont really think so. Now can we please end this debate? We're just repeating the same things again n again and its going nowhere. Goodnight! If ur in India..

parineeti and other actresses who are not considered maybe mainstream can do better than her...but thats just my opinion. I will always argue that the whole parineeti and alia feud is due to one doing better because of opportunity and bad film choices possibly but that doesnt ruin a career. i think parineeti can topple her acting skills..but im biased and i prefer her as a actress so thats that. She also has the potential to perform better than her in the future and i believe she will. theres no survival of the fittest if she is still conidered a mainstream actress and is doing work. i dont get that statment especially for actresses working for just 5 years. if that was the case, priyanka, and deepika would have been gone in the first few years of their careers.

i am not taking away from alias credit or hardwork...but i will not deny the position she is in is not only due to her talent and hard work. she has had support and strings pullled for her, the unmatched publicity she gets has helped her.

also barielly ki barfi > badrinath ki dulhania. kriti was underrated.
