Everyone says that Madhuri never talked bad about any of her colleague ever.

I am her biggest fan and always felt good about her being always positive.

BUt just today I accidentally came across an old clip of Madhuri where she is sitting in monthly filmi magazine's office, the famous monthy "Movie"..the year is I think 91 or 92, but forsure after the release of Saajan as a caller praised her in film Saajan..she is basically doing a live phone call chatting session with her fans for the magazine, and the magazine organizers also recording her on video.

One caller asked "Madhuri you were not able to give another great dance number like ek do teen of teezab, what is the reason??

Madhuri BLUNTLY AND SARCASTICALLY (very unlike her) replied : "WELL I DONT KNOW, YOU HAVE TO RING SRIDEVI UP AND ASK HER THIS".

I tried to take it as some funny comment, but the way she said it does not sound like a joke at all.

IS SHE BLAMING SRIDEVI that she is snatching good work from her ?

Is she blaming that sridevi manipulating industry people to not let her be able to do anymore iconic dance numbers? and stealing away her potentially hit dance numbers from her hands being senior and more influential then her??

Were Suroj Khan's accusations correct where she clearly stated in a video that Sridevi became very insecure whe she saw previews of Madhuri's dhak dhak in Beta and blame and complain to suroj khan that she is doing better work for Madhuri and not focusing on her anymore the way she used to ?

all these songs (barring humko aaj kal, which got popular MUCH LATER) came AFTER that interview.

this look of Madz is from 1991 or early 92...coz from 1993 onwards her looks got changed and polished..this is madhuri from 1991 or early 92, and all the songs u mentioned were after that time period.

I mean this is VERY UNLIKE that image of Madhuri that has been portrayed in the media about her from 90s till today.

Its a video proof, I mean its not even in print media that we can deny it or can label this as some twisted thing from the journalist...she is saying it loud and clear without any initiation provokation or instigation, or without any mention of sridevi or any of her other female colleague at all...

as I said, even I tried to take it as some joke..but her expressions, tone and choice of words told a totally different story...

I doubt she would speak ill of the dead, she is not a monster. Plus I saw them getting along fine a few years ago, they even danced together in a reality show.

Did you even read this thread properly, and watched that clip ?

The interview/clip is from year 1991/92

when sridevi was at peak of her career.

ohhh, well I thought it was common knowledge that actresses don't get along when they are competing with each other at the prime of their career😆 who cares what she said in 92/93
