He had snatched the gramophone from her hand and run away...he had thought that gift was not hers to take, to give!!it belonged to him!
But it was not his to take or give too!..he had dropped it in shock when he received that call..& he never picked it up!
It remained fallen on the ground..
broken,just like the marriage of Zosh & AdiJa ..
Shattered,like Adi & Zoya's trust
Forgotten, like Poosh's promises
Wrecked,like AdiYa's hearts!
That GramoPhone,just like Puja & Yash's 'love', did not belong to either Adi or Zoya...and they could not get it!!
Now he snatches another 'gift' from her hand! It Is the bouquet in which every flower is picked up by Zoya herself...she has given it her time,patience & love...he takes it from her hand & runs away...but she catches him...
Like she always do...it may look she is far behind him, but she knows her way to get to him...she is aware of the shortcuts that would not allow him to escape her!!she finds him, holds him, make him reveal his true self!!
She is astonished to see him..he is ecstatic as he just mini-pranked her!!! He teases her with the exact same question that he had asked her, she laughs and replies the same!! She reprimands him affectionately and makes him apologize to her! And then she hugs him!!
Her eyes are closed in satisfaction, hands clinging onto to him as if she will never let go of him..
His eyes are open in shock,hands hesitant to hold her!!
She smiles, he smiles and just like that the past 6 months seem to fade away!
She is not bothered that the bouquet she so patiently put together is half scattered on the road..she bends down to pick the flowers, collects them, hugs them to herself while hugging him, and then gives it to him!
Half of the flowers are not even there but they pay no heed to it!
She might be giving an imperfect buquet to him but it is sufficient! She does not need to give more,he does not need to have more!However small or inadequate it may look,It has her sweat,her love,her honesty!!
It has shades of friendship,of trust, of love!
It is has hope,and promise!!
And it is more than enough for him!
The world would see it as an incomplete assortment, but it fulfills every need Adi has and it completes him!
This is the PERFECT gift that is meant to be taken by Adi, and also given willingly to him by Zoya ..the perfect gift to be shared between them..
"Aapki cheez hoti to aapse koi cheen hi nahin pata". ..they BOTH had said this on that day in mussorie..unknown to both,that statement was truer than they ever thought!
That was not their 'cheez' And the melody of gramophone did not,could not reach them..it were NEVER THEIRS to hear to!
But This gift is handed over by Destiny, in the hands of zoya, to be given to Adi...THIS bouquet of LOVE finds them..the fragrance,the color, the life that it spreads is THEIRS to share!! Forever!!

PS: I really love the fact that Zoya awlays catches Adi when he runs away from her! Symbolism galore,it is! He will run but she will find him! Cuz she knows the ways to do it! It is through his & her heart that she will catch him and always make him stay with her!
PS: and he was back to his old,happy self for those few moments when he was with her!!
PS: Sakshi looks to be in some kind of attic! Could it be in Hooda House only?
PS: the Convo in Zosh office was very nice! Carefree zoya & intense but happy Adi! He has faked his promise to her, but he cannot fake his feelings when they will overwhelm him! Adi boy, you are not going anywhere!! Zoya would always find you..
Also HC was so good with that intense expression on his face when Zoya asks him if he missed her... that was the LOUDEST ,Silent Yes I ever heard!! Brilliant acting!!
