Naina misses to see Chakor while checking the photos, she then goes upstairs to call her dad. Chakor sneaks out of the living room and ends up in the study room. She starts searching the files and looking for a secret passage in the library.
The colonel arrives with Suraj, they're talking while heading to the study room. Chakor is shocked to hear them and drops some books, she has no time to return them as they are about to open the room.
The colonel notices the open door and the fallen books and puts them in place. He takes Suraj to the min-bar, Chakor is hiding behind it. The colonel congratulates Suraj on passing the test and tells him his second test is the wedding, it'll be after one week. Sukor are shocked and Chakor is in tears. The colonel goes to bring Naina to tell her the good news. Suraj notices Chakor while reaching for a bottle. He goes to her and asks her what she's doing here, before she can leave the colonel arrives with Naina.
The colonel tells Naina the news while Suraj is busy watching Chakor leave the room. Chakor was about to drop a vase, the other two were about to turn, Suraj hugs Naina to divert their attention and says he's happy and can't wait (completely unnecessary, we know the mission is heart breaking for them, why should it be for fans too?). Chakor is in tears and leaves after lingering (to increase our torture).
Suraj wants to leave, but the colonel tells Suraj he has a surprise for him and goes to get it. Chakor is walking aimlessly and hides in a room when she hears footsteps behind her. It turns out to be the colonel's room. She hides behind the door when he comes. He takes a golden chain from the safe and Chakor recognizes the case. Chakor steps on a wire and the lights start to flicker, he switches off the lights and leaves after locking the room.
The guards start to get suspicious because Chakor hasn't left the house. Chakor somehow manages to get out but the guards want to check with Naina, they phone her to ask if she got her surprise, she says yes and they let Chakor go.
Vivaan is giving Tejaswini her medicine, she praises him. Meanwhile Chakor informs Abhay of the location of the case, he's very happy but notices her subdued expressions, she informs him of the wedding news. She says she has to go home and handle Suraj.
Verdict: the episode was good if you stomach the hug, otherwise you can skip.
