imaginary stories like jodha akbar salim anarkali and recent that chandra nandini kuch hi banadalo bus paisa aana chahiye

ab number aaya hai chanakya story ka ...

i hope they'll do good research before making such film... ya fir government should ban making films on history and mytho because it hurts sentiments

They only show Mughals in a positive light. Anarkali was Akbar's concubine and Salim aka Jehangir was shagging her too secretly. Imagine if she had kids..

But they made that story into some eternal love story.

now they are making a show on that fake story as well ... kisi superstar ko cast karenge and droolers will be there , who can take anything for their favourite actor

only one show i liked is SIYASAT from EPIC TV

which truly portaited the actual scenerio of mughals ...

Chanakya should be declared the Father of Our Nation. But they falsely attribute Machiavellian quotes to him so I'm damn sure they'll incorporate falsehoods in the film.

Chanakya left his job as a University professor when he realised Alexander's plans and went to Chandragupta Maurya to request backup for Purushottam. And the left liberal champagne literary fest regulars will say that there was no idea of a united India at that time,

But Purushottam defeated Alex anyway. Of course Alex went back in shame barely escaping with his life and wrote nice stories about how he pardoned Porus instead. Porus ruled over such a small kingdom that he never even figured in Indian history and he defeated their mighty Alex the Great. So I can understand what the film makers want to prove.
