Flashback only shows Rithwik and if Rishab is older than Ricky, maybe he was already with Mamta when she got married to Mr VP. Nothing is really clear, perhaps future track will tell something

Reeva is already hinted to be a negative character just waiting to unveil her other side.. she will get into life long enmity with Palak after her stopped marriage and losing Samar..
