How to post pictures on IF
will give
Web address/URL of photo should end in .jpeg or .png or .gif
You get the web address of a picture when you right click from mouse (via laptop) or control key + touchpad press (via Mac) or long press to open image in new tab (via mobile)
Note:
As the web address may be lost (say twitter account changes name, or closes or removes photo), always safer to upload photo on an image hosting side and share it's BBcode full link or Hotlink For Forums

Most of above sites have apps on google play store/iOS, if you want to upload from phones using an app. Or you can use their website from phones too.
