An ode to Mr. Harshad Chopda!

Phew!!
What a PHENOMENALLY POWERFUL and VERSATILE ACTOR!!
I am actually falling short of adjectives...I mean what exactly was that??
All through this week...
So, "H" for "Harshad"
And, "H" also for "Histrionics" at its SUPERLATIVE BEST!!
👏 👏 👏

Had seen this young man eons back...grace the tube...as the most unassuming, yet impactful Cadet Ali Baig...took an instant liking to him...most of all, liked his earnestness...
Little did I know then, that this man was capable of SO much
Such TALENT that can SCORCH up one's screens...
Such TALENT that makes one REACH out...
With the lines having blurred
Between REEL and REAL!

Don't quite remember the last time one felt somebody else's pain as one's own
Especially when one knows that it's a make-believe world...
But to make it completely RELATABLE
The pain...the agony...the angst...
To be left moist eyed as a viewer...with one's emotions in a state of complete churn...
To wonder...if it's just a character...or something beyond...
Aditya Hooda, you have without even knowing it, in the most self-effacing manner...
Sans any fanfare...
Permeated into so many lives...
And, THAT, I most certainly believe is the hallmark of a GREAT actor!
Mr. Harshad Chopda, you can most definitely take a bow!!

What also makes this prowess UNIQUE
Is the VERSATILITY on display...
And, what better, than this week for the various shades of Aditya Hooda being out there for all to see!
The PLAYFUL, PRANKSTER Aditya with his kid brother, Arjun
The "I mean business, and some SERIOUS business at that" Aditya Hooda's confrontation with Zoya
And finally, the DEVASTATED, the SHATTERED, completely RAVAGED Adi...from shock...to disbelief...to distress...to dissonance...to despair...to trauma...to the final breakdown...as the floodgates open...the unleashing of that extreme pain...and that too, merely with expressions alone...
Mr. Harshad Chopda, you are TRULY, most TRULY, an ALL-TIME GREAT!!

To the IMMENSE talent that you possess
Aditya Hooda is a very well written character...some truly REMARKABLE layers on display...

If, I'm not mistaken, had read in an old interview of Harshad, regarding one of his earlier series..
That he believes that he had enacted a rather difficult scene well, but wasn't necessarily in control...

Please watch "Bepannaah", episodes dated 4th, 5th and 6th July...
You might end up finding somebody rather familiar...somebody you know from very close quarters...
Who epitomizes CONTROL and how!!

PS: On another note, can't help but think how wonderful it would be if directors such as Shoojit Sircar (October), Imtiaz Ali (Highway & Jab We Met), Anurag Basu (Barfi), and Vikramaditya Motwane (Lootera) were to come across Harshad's work...could be the classic tale of the painter and his muse!

Well said. .He has come a long long way since left right left.. I think this is his best work!! It's only because of Jenshad that bepanah is sailing though these troubled waters! I really hope somebody approaches Jenshad for a web series, a movie seems far off given the inherent cronyism prevalent in the industry but yeah they deserve much much better !!!

Exactly words fall short to praise the sea of talent that this humble n down to earth n so underrated actor has. 👏 Hope bepannah proves a turning point for him becos he deserves so much more n better.

It actually a blessing to have him! Cant imagine anybody other than HC who cud do justice to this role! His eyes, voice, dialogue delivery, acting evrything single thing needs to be applauded! Words truly fall short!! He made us all feel Aditya Hooda... laugh, smile n cry with him!! Hats off Harshad Chopda!!! 👏 👏

Harshad should read this post! You can inbox him on insta where he's quite active and reads fan messages. I have watched him in his previous shows but I have become a fan of his through Aditya Hooda, his best yet! Nobody could have pulled it off better than him! He should get all the acting award for the last 3 episodes only⭐️

His acting is so real and natural nobody could have played Aditya better than this guy ⭐️

All felt so real! Harshad is simply phenomenal as Aditya Hooda!
