Part 24
Raman started the car and drive towards hotel Orient express while ishita was still giving him deadly glare . He was looking at her time to time but was not meeting her eyes ,being scared of her. Soon they reached their destination ,he got down of the car and gave the keys to the person to get his car parked . He went to passenger side and opened the door for ishita like a perfect gentleman ,impressing her bit more . He put her hands into him and started walking inside the restaurant like a perfect couple but ishita stopped in mid . He turned to her and asked " kya hua ".
I- Raman ,I think its not a good idea ,we should go somewhere else .
R- kyun ,what wrong .?
I- look at this restaurant its so big and lavish ,I m wearing so normal cloths . aapne yahaan ka idea diya hai that means you must be familiar to this place .
R- haan that's why I invited your friends here .
I- won't you feel insulted .
R- insulted but why .
I- I had not dressed nicely .
R- that doesn't make any difference , you are ishita Raman bhalla , you are standing here holding my hand is more than enough .
Ishita looked at him while he held her hand more firmly while he eyes got filled . They were still standing on the entrance when the manager came and welcomed them . He greeted Raman and asked him to sit . Raman told him to arrange a big table as he has given treat and some more people are joining them . The manager nodded and instructed a waiter to arrange a big table for ishra . The waiter were joining the table ,when Raman told ishita to go and receive her friends as may be they would also feel awkward like her . She nodded and went outside to see her parents ,soon she saw them coming . They parked their scooty's and car, then went to ishita ,she took them inside . They were amazed to see the place as most of them belong to normal middle class family and the restaurant was bit royal than their expectations . Soon all entered the place and took their seat , ishita was going to sit beside Raman when they stopped her and spoke " tu kya jeeju ke bagal mein baith rahi hai , you have to be with him always ,you sit away from him ,hai na jeeju . aakhir you have got your saali's for such small time ,so you should spend much time with us ,haina ".
Raman didn't spoke anything just nodded ,that's when the waited arrived and asked for order ,he saw ishita and spoke " this treat is from madam ,so she will order ".
The waiter nodded and took the menu , she told the waiter that they will order shortly ,the waiter went . She went through the menu then walked to Raman and spoke " in this many dishes are there whose taste I don't know ,aap hi order kar lo ".
Raman looked at the girls and asked " will someone among you want to order or should I ..."
Before he complete a girl from them took the menu and started reading it. She was still reading when Raman spoke " no need to hesitate ,you can order anything ".
As it was not lunch or dinner tine ,they chose some snacks type items .Many of them were non vegetarian also so they ordered non veg also ,ishita made faces knowing they are ordering non veg and went to other table . Raman even asked why she went there , she told the reason and he then didn't argued anymore . Soon their order arrived ,all started feeding Raman before starting ,saying him to start as it was ishita's treat but as she is veg he should do the honor ,he tried to deny but all started insisting . He gave up and started having a bite from everyone making ishita glare him ,but as he was surrounded with girls he couldn't see her reaction . After completing snacks they ordered drinks for themselves , according to their choice and started cheering it with Raman. The girls were having a gala time with Raman by clicking selfies and sharing their snacks drinks ,talking to him freely . Though he was bit awkward but couldn't escape, while ishita was alone in other table , feeling left out . Finally after much time ,Raman himself spoke " I think , now its getting late ,you all should return back home ,your families must be waiting for you all ,my mother will also be getting worried as we didn't informed her ,haina ishita ".
He asked looking at ishita for which she spoke " no ,you don't worry ,I had informed ma ,you enjoy ."
Raman could sense anger in her voice and spoke getting up from his place " I think we should move now ".
All agreed ,soon he paid and all moved out of the restaurant . All the girls hugged Raman and bid bye to him while just waved hand for ishita making her angry to no end . She just gave fake smile to all and sat in the car ,Raman too settled on wheels and turn on the ignition .
The journey to home was a silent affair as he knows well that ishita is angry while she was too upset to talk to him . Raman was pretty confused with her behavior ,on the marriage day ,she insulted him badly ,then she came to his house with her deciding she will leave after two days but then decided to stay in the same house that to in same room. Didn't told him ever that she is trying to adjust with him but is getting mad on him with all the rights of wife when girls are clinging on him. Its not that he hadn't liked her attention but was scared to stake any step as he could still recall each and every words of her when she has told him that he jumped on the opportunity to marry her. His eyes got filled recalling her rejection he didn't said anything .
They reached their house after sometimes ,ishita got down of the car and went inside ,toshiji was in her room so ishita didn't stopped downstairs also while Raman went to his mothers room to meet her . Toshiji asked where were they ,he told everything. Toshiji smiled and spoke " its good you two went out , ,ishita must liked it .soon she will accept you happy ".
Raman got happy and spoke " ma still I want your favor .
T- kya hua bol .?
R- I want you to gift the car to ishita .
He spoke ,keeping the car key in Toshiji's hand .
T- main ,par kyun ,tune itne pyaar se li hai apni biwi ke liye to main kyun doon.
R- there are two reasons for that ,first may be she can deny to take it from me ,as she has still not accepted me fully and second she is mad at me .
T- mad at you ,had you done something?
R- no , I don't know what exactly ishita wants ,jab main kuch achcha karne jata hoon ,she take it other way .
T- ab kya hua ?
Raman told her the happening of restaurant making a puppy face ,toshiji smiled seeing his state and spoke " bahut achcha kiya ishita ne ,she should be angry with you ."
Rsman made a puppy face and walked to his room ,the moment he entered the room ,he was welcomed with pillow ,he catch it and asked " ishita what are you doing " .
I- aapko isse kya .
Saying so she threw a cushion on him ,he caught it too and asked " will you please tell me what's wrong ".
I- you are asking me what's wrong ,as if you are so innocent . jyada bhole banne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai ,you are not that innocent ,itne bade empire ke owner hain ye nahi jaante that why wife is angry on him .
She spoke angrily throwing another cushion on him .
Raman smiled listened the wife word from him and asked " sorry ".
Ishita became Lil conscious after that and spoke " haan to we are husband and wife in front of everyone ".
Raman has now come close to her ,he kept the pillows in bed and spoke removing the strand of hair from her face " they all were your friends ,how can I deny them . I was trying to be perfect for you in front of them ".
Saying so he was gone leaving a lost and confused ishita behind .
