Sanju has created history by recording the highest second day of all time for outright Hindi films. The only film above it is Bahubali - The Conclusion but it is better than all the outright Hindi films. The other Hindi films which have recorded huge numbers on day two all had holidays on day two while it was a non holiday for Sanju.
The highest non holiday second day before Sanju was Dangal at 34.21 crore nett and Sanju is 12% higher than that film. Basically the film is recording the highest collections of all time outside Bahubali - The Conclusion for a non holiday period. On Sunday the film will become one of the rare films to go over 40 crore nett on a single day or maybe outside chance of 45 crore nett which has only been done twice in history.
