Stop trying to be Hollywood
Better pay for writers so they will put more effort in come up with original content
The male stars either need to lower their fee or agree to profit sharing so that there is some accountability

Start auditioning eveyone including star kids as well as outsiders.
Lower the payment for male actors and pay both male and female actors based on the length of their roles and the amount of work they put in to each film.
Introduce on-set penalties for starting extramarital affairs
Also introduce no on-set affair policy between single actors and actresses
Introduce better pay for technicians and writers
Stop making movies only based on love and encourage filmmakers to invest in scripts that are unique and have that X factor to attract the audience to come to the theatres.
Discourage the paparazzi to focus on airport looks, runway looks, grocery store looks, evening looks, and midnight looks.
