Firstly it is hypothetical thread just for time pass, as it is not like we can do much, nor we have money to do that, even if we had why to waste in BW.Anyways coming to the topic:
We all complain about BW not producing good movies on a consistent basis.
But what is the thing because of which you think it is not good, there must be a reason and what would you do to eliminate that reason.
My idea about making BW better again are:
(i) Workshops of at least four-five days to one month (depending on the size of the movie) necessary for every actor even if he is an Aamir Khan or Nasserudin or Raj Kumar Rao before movie shoot starts.
(ii) Same with directors and other technicians. They also require better and world wide techniques.
(iii) Auditions held for all roles.Same for directors and other technicians.
(iv) Better payment for writers and technicians.
(v) Actors would be paid depending on their roles and now much work and time they give to the project.
(vi) Indian stories oriented scripts would be given more preference, we have seen the success of the desi oriented movies in the last 3-4 years that people prefer Indian stories more than the westernised movies. With an aim to make a good mixture of entertainment with ground reality.
(vii) Actual financial and accountants used so money is not wasted. Work for a more efficient movie making with minimal wastage.
(viii) A more efficient and varied online booking system where audience with varied taste will be identified and targeted. And with this in mind, movies will be made. The more the target audience, the more the budget invested, the lesser the audience the more controlled budget.
(ix) Building a more professional environment, so exploitation of the people doesn't happen.(x) A strict legal, rules and regulations body which will keep a tab on everyone so anyone doing any illegal activity and misconducts would be punished or banned.
