Currently, their relationship is creating a lot of buzz and they have become the new hot favourite of Bollywood fans and gossip mongers. The couple is taking things forward slowly and steadily and the proof of the same is their wedding news. Even though the couple is much in love and giving each other enough time, they have decided to get married only in 2020.
A source close to the couple told Bollywoodlife about their marriage plans. "Alia is in a great phase of her life right now. She is in love and they both are sure of each other. Marriage is certainly on the cards but it won't happen before 2020, said the source. And, as Ranbir and Alia are all set to take it to the next level, looks like the actor has become quite possessive about his lady love.
It has been on more than one occasion that Ranbir's possessiveness was quite evident. Reportedly Ranbir wants to do more films with Alia as not just he sees her as a hit machine but also because he looks forward to spending some quality time with the actress. But Alia, as she is busy with a lot of other projects, won't be able to sign any other film with Ranbir for now. In the past both the actors had their fair share of relationships. While Ranbir was in a serious relationship with Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif for a long time, he's reportedly dated Pakistani actress Mahira Khan as well for a few months. On the other hand, Alia also had a few serious relationships, Varun Dhawan and Siddharth Malhotra being the most serious ones.
