"After PKP, when I was shooting for its sequel (PKP 2), you won't believe but I was taking my B.Tech exams and I remember students clicking photographs with me while we were writing our exam, laughs Kartik.

"I have no godfather here, so a back-up option is crucial. Besides, my parents, who are doctors, were always keen that I should complete my studies.You can say that aaj main padha likha sirf unhi ki wajah se hu, shares Kartik.

He was still in Btech when 24/25? Google says he is 30 yrs this year.

Wiki says he is 27

In interview he said he gave final exams during shooting of kannchi , that would put him 23.

It makes sense.
