Though lady with black top is kareena but taimur is close to nanny,the other lady since she takes care of him 24/7 and mom sees him playing ! Period !

I'm going to say lady on the right... because Kareena has a carefree comportment, looks relaxed most of the times, never saw her frowing ...lady on the right looks more like her, body language wise :p

Could be lady on the left too.. but she has her feet almost tucked away under her chair which isn't like Kareena.. Kareena's legs always show.

And she got herself into a habit of sucking in her cheeks lately, the lady on the right also seems to be doing something with her mouth..? either way, the image I have of Kareena is carefree, relaxed... it matches with the lady on the right.

so... who is it?

Neither. Kareena is out partying or in London or something. Lady on the right is nanny and the left one is the help and they're having a chat in free time.
