Divya chakor priority is getting to imli and proving that to Suraj. Suraj knows she has been trying to convince him about Imli all this time. even before Vivaan came in she was doing imli jaap. he thinking her priority is vivaan makes no sense. he came back after 7yrs, and was mentally disturbed, what extra did chakor do for vivaan to show she is priortising him? if they would have shown her taking care of him more, like making special food for him, or taking to doc, then i would agree that she is giving vivaan importance but here Chakor Vivaan interacting only for the search

Vivaan is suraj brother too how come suraj doesnt care for Vivaan condition? i have never really seen suraj pay much attention to Vivaan like a brother would do. so that means all what they shared before 5yr leap went for a toss.
suraj is defintely jealous and insecure i believe. not bec he thinks she no longer in love with him but because he isnt used to seeing Chakor bonding with another male. Chagan is like a brother to her, while Vivaan was her childhood friend/ex. somehow its good that Suraj has yet to point out that vikor were romantically involved in the past , as of yet he just calls them bachpan ka dost, (hope it remains that way). he is not comfortable seeing Chakor with any other man and he did feel disturbed that Vivaan came in between and stopped his hand during attempt slap bit. i remember he having fb of that when imli as archana instigated him that Vivaan can take chakor to the doc.
Suraj jealously is not wrong bec he has always been possessive of Chakor but it should not go to the next level
after imli is exposed, sukor need to sit down and talk about everything. you are right communication is the key.
