SHOT 3
Next morning, Raman wake up first feeling weight on his chest and saw ishita sleeping keeping her head on his chest. He smiled seeing her sleeping hiding her face in his chest. He kissed her temple softly and said -my baby, sote hue kitni cute lagti hai, aur jag jaati hai toh sherni ho jaati hai. He said smiling and kept her head on the pillow. Then he went to freshen up.
After half an hour, he came out and saw ishita still sleeping.
Raman -abhi tak so rahi hai, tabiyat toh thik hai naa?? He thought and checked her forehead.
Raman -tabiyat toh thik hai, toh uth kyun nahi rahi. Thinking so he shakes her and said -ishi get up, it's getting late.
Ishita got up rubbing her droopy eyes. She checked the time and said -shit, I got late. Saying so she ran to get ready while Raman went and start making breakfast for them.
He made toast and tea for them and went to get ready. He wore his shirt and called ishita -ishi, meri tie bandh de, khul gayi hai.
Ishita came running and said -itna bada ho gaya hai, tie ka knot baandhne nahi aata, tu seekh kyun nahi leta. She said tying his tie.
Raman smiled and said -tujhse karwane ka maza hi alag hai.
Ishita -shaadi ke baad bhi mujhse ho karwayega kya, apni Naina ko bol diyo, ki seekh le yeh sab.
Raman -no way, u r going to do all my life. Subah subah tere ghar aa jaaya karunga, knot bandhwane. Hum log paas paas ghar lenge, yaa phir aur aur easy, we will share same apartment like now only.
Ishita -haan aur phir teri Naina aur mera pati dono laat maarenge. She said smiling making him smile too.
Ishita -kya khi khi kar raha hai, chal ho gaya. Jaldi se kaam kar. We r getting late.
Raman -not we but u, tu ready nahi hai. Time waste kar rahi hai idhar udhar.
Ishita-u r such a kutta, she said and went to get ready.
After ten minutes, both were on the way to college. Today raman was riding the bike and ishita was nagging him telling to drive safely every now and then.
After half an hour, they reach the college and Mishra sir can't as he has the first lecture. Raman submitted his assignment and he checked it thouroughly. He was impressed with his hard work and appreciated him.
Ishra smiled fully on their team work.soon the lecture started and all got engrossed in study.
Soon it was lunch time and ishra were sitting in canteen.
Raman -bol kya khayegi??
Ishita -bread pakoda with chai.
Raman -kya ishi, itna oily khaati hai. Naina ko dekh kabhi jyada oil nahi khaati.
Ishita -haan, bas Dominoz, Pizza Hut, CCD, KFC jaa kar tere paise khaati hai. Kabhi maine tujhse kaha mujh par itna paisa kharch karne ko. Waise bhi I know month end hau, tu bread pakode hi khila sakta hai.
Raman -haan yaar, yeh girlfriend maintain karna bada mushkil hai, they r just so expensive.
Ishita -toh kyun paal raha hai girlfriend, dump kar yaar.
Raman -what do u mean, paal rakha hai. Aur girlfriend hai, how can I dump. Tujhe pata hai Ek mechanical engineer ko kitni mushkil se girlfriend milti hai. Tune toh keh diya, dump kar, dusri Kahan se laaunga.
Ishita -maaf kar, I can't argue with u. But please apna Naina puran mere saath mat gaaya kar.
Raman -kyun tujhe jalan ho rahi hai??
Ishita -main jaalungi ,woh bhi uss Naina se. Kabhi nahi, kyunki I know for u nothing is important then me. Sahi baat naa.
Raman -haan, baat toh teri sahi hai. But for now this bread pakoda is more important then u. He said and start eating. Ishita just smiled and start eating.
Slowly the day start passing with their usual routine.
One evening, Raman was getting ready wearing a blue shirt when ishita came out of her room after a long sleep, her hair was all messed up and eyes were puffy due to long sleep.
Seeing raman getting ready, she asked -u r going somewhere??
Raman -haan, Naina ke saath date hai. Kaisa lag raha hoon??
Ishita -bahut achcha, kab tak wapas aayega.
Raman -shayad thodi der ho jaaye, movie dekhenge aur phir candle light dinner,kyun.
Ishita -nothing, OK tu jaa, aish kar. She said and going back to her room holding her waist when Raman said -oh shit, I forgot, tera pet dard kar raha hai, ur monthly problem. Wait I just cancel my date.
Ishita -tu pagal hai kya, it's fine. I am fine, kuch bana kar kha lungi and will rest. Tu jaa maze kar. She said holding her tummy tight.
Raman -r u mad, how can I go leaving u in pain. Tu rest kar, Main hot water bag laata hoon and will make something light for u. Bol kya khayegi??
Ishita -aur teri date??
Raman -that I will manage, tu pareshan mat ho, u just rest. He said and took her to her bed.
Ishita -iski zarurat nahi hai, Raman. Tu jaa naa, I will manage.
Raman -jyada ban mat, tujhe aise chod kar nahi jaa sakta toh nahi jaa sakta. Tu wait kar main abhi aata hoon. Saying so he went out while ishita smiled and remembered the time she told him about her monthly date or should say, she had to tell all this to him.
Flashback
It was two months after Ishra shifted together.
Ishita -raman, it's nothing kaha naa. Why u r troubling me.
Raman -main trouble kar raha hoon no ishi it's u. Bol naa kya hua tujhe,tujhe itna dard kyun ho raha hai. Tera chehra laal ho gaya hai, upar se u r saying its normal. Mujhe bahut darr lag raha hai, doctor ke paas le chalun tujhe. Yaa aunty ki call karun. He was go on saying when ishita said -will u stop irritating raman. It's normal, sabko hota hai pet dard, almost har ladki ko. She said making Raman understand. He don't know what to say, he just went out feeling embarrassed.
After ten minutes, he came and said -i don't know what to say, but as we r living together. I think I should know about ur every problem, iss problem ke baare mein bhi, so that I can help u. Toh I think u can talk me about this also,after all I am ur best friend.
Ishita thought for a while and nodded saying yes.
Flashback end
Ishita -woh din hai aur aaj ka din hai, Raman never fail to take care of me .i am just so lucky to have a friend like him. She was thinking when she saw him coming with hot water bag and a bowl.
Raman -le tera hot water. Aur yeh tere liye daliya.
Ishita -chee I hate daliya.
Raman -but it's beneficial for u.light food is good for u. Chup chap kha le,he said and feed her.
She made a dirty face but he continued feeding her.
