Ishita was in Raman's arms holding him tight while he was just looking at her ,when he realise their position. He was holding ishita in his arms while everyone was just looking at them.
Realising every eyes on them, Raman put ishita down and said -glad u r fine ma'am, kyunki meri function mein aa kar aapko kuch ho jaata toh hume bilkul achcha nahi lagta. Naa payal, he said looking at payal to which she nodded making ishita angry.
Raman -chalo, ab aapka dance ho gaya naa, toh chaliye function khatam kiya jaaye, he said trying to normalise his uneven breathe.
Everyone nodded and start walking out of the hall when ishita said going to Raman -kitni bhi koshish karo raman, tumhara mere liye pyaar dikhta hai, warna hum kyun mujhe bachate when u didn't even saved ur fiance. Agar main gir jaati toh tumhare liye toh sab asaan ho jaata, mujhe chot lag jaati and I will be bedridden simplifying ur problem but u didn't let me hurt. It proves that u love only me and no-one else. Aur tum kisi aur se shaadi karke khush nahi reh paoge, toh apni zid chod do and just accept my love.
Raman -zid main nahi kar raha, tum kar rahi ho. I don't love u. Aur main tumse kabhi shaadi nahi karunga.
Ishita -woh toh waqt batayega ,she said and walked out of the venue while Raman was just looking at her.
Raman -why u r doing this to me and to urself too ishita, tum achchi ban sakti ho. We can be friends if not lover but don't do anything stupid to compel me to hate u. He said and went back to his house while everyone has already gone to their house.
Mr and Mrs bhalla too reached their house and was going to open their gate when they saw an elderly couple standing there.they went to the couple and Mr bhalla asked -whom u r looking for??
Mr iyer -for Raman's parent, do u know them??
Mr bhalla -yes, I am his father and she is his mother.
Amma -namaste, we r here to talk to u two, something very urgent.
Toshiji -urgent?? Kaun hai aap log??
Amma -hum ishita ke parent hai and we want to talk something about our kids.
Mr and Mrs bhalla look at them with confused eyes but nodded and took them to their house. Toshiji served them tea and snacks and settled next to iyers.
Mr bhalla -ji boliye, what u want to talk??
Appa -woh main, woh main,he was fumbling with words when Toshiji said -kya baat hai, sahi se bataiye.
Amma -actually we want u two to cancel ur son's wedding with payal and get him marry with our daughter, ishita. She said in a go making bhallas shocked.
Mr bhalla -yeh kya keh rahi hai, Aap.
Appa -yes, hum yahin baat karne aaye hai, actually our daughter loves ur son very much ,so we want u to get them married. Aap karenge naa yeh.bas ishita ko shaadi raman ke saath karwa dijiye, I am ready to pay anything for this, meri karodon ki property hai, aur ishu uski akeli waaris hai, just get raman marry to her and everything will be ultimately him. Main khud raman ke liye hai kuch karne ko ready hoon, whatever he want. Whatever u people want. He said looking at bhallas making them confused.
Mr and Mrs bhalla were looking at iyers while they were looking at bhallas expecting a yes.
Seeing them not saying a word appa said -boliye, Mr bhalla. Kuch toh boliye.
Mr bhalla -i don't know what to say, kal Raman ki shaadi hai and today u r saying me to cancel the wedding and let raman marry ur daughter. Aur Iske badle aap kuch bhi dene ko ready hai.
Mr iyer -kuch bhi, I have around twenty companies and will give whichever company u and Raman want. Aap log bas shaadi ke liye ready ho jaiye, Raman ko ready kar lijiye.
Amma -haan, aap log please maan jaiye, meri kanna mein koi kami nahi hai it's just she fell in love with an already engaged person. But trust me she will keep ur son very happy. Bas aap log maan jaiye, woh raman se bahut pyaar karti hai aur uske liye kuch bhi kar sakti hai. She said making bhallas look at each other in shock.
Toshiji -kya matlab kuch bhi kar sakti hai??
Amma -cant tell u precise but she was really angry and want raman at any cost. Uska gussa bahut khatarnaak hai and we don't want her to go to another level to get raman. Issliye keh rahe hai, please haan kar dijiye.
Mr bhalla -aap log hume dara rahe hai??
Appa -nothing like that, just we want raman and ishita to get married, and we r ready to give anything for that.
Mr bhalla -sorry Mr iyer, but mera puttar bikau nahi hai. Agar aap logon ne yeh kaha hota ki ishita sach mein Raman se pyaar karti hai toh shayad hum sochte but selling my son for money, sorry we can't do this. Hume maaf kar dijiyega, hum yeh nahi kar payenge.
Amma -dont say like this bhai sahab, bhabhi ji aap toh kuch boliye.
Toshiji -sorry, but I can't go against his decision.
Appa -yeh decision le ne se pehle yeh bhi soch lijiye that I am his employer, I can throw him out of my company. Usse sadak ka bhikari bana sakta hoon main.
Mr bhalla -aa gaye naa apni aukaat par, I knew this. Aap log chale kitne bhi ameer ho, u can't buy my son. Aur agar mere puttar mein caliber hoga then Noone can ruin him.aap log please chale jaiye, kal mere bete ki shaadi hai, guest ki tarah aa jaiyega. Khana khaiyega, naye couple ko bless kijiyega aur chale jaiyega. He said folding his hand.
Appa was about to say something but amma stopped him and both went out.
Mr bhalla saw them going and said -shayad yahin kaaran hai ki raman ne shaadi prepone kar di aur itna pareshan hai. We will have to support him.
Toshiji -Haan bhalla ji ,we have to support him. Bas ek baar yeh shaadi thik se ho jaaye. She said folding her hand.
Soon it was night, all were in bed but no-one was sleeping. Their parents were worried about what will happen tomorrow, ishita was making plan to marry Raman while Raman was not understanding what is happening with him. Though he was firm on his decision of marrying payal but the thought of making ishita cry in making him restless.
Raman -yeh kya ho raha hai mujhe, why I am so restless. Though I don't love ishita but I am not feeling good with the thought of her going away.nahi raman, u should not think about her, she is just not the one for u. So jaa, kal teri shaadi hai payal se, yahin teri zindagi ka sach hai, sirf yahin. And u shouldn't think about anyone else. He thought and went to bed and after much struggle he slept.
Next morning, the haldi function started at the fixed time. Toshiji was about to apply haldi to Raman when ishita entered wearing a light yellow saree. She has tied her long hair in a simple braid and flower strings were tucked around her braid. She was looking just too beautiful and simple. For once everyone stopped their work and start seeing ishita while she smiled seeing Raman's reaction. He was also ogling at her.
She walked in and said -aunty ji, main bhi haldi lagaa sakti hoon.
Before Toshiji can say a lady said -yeh pehla haq maa ka hota hai.
Ishita -main mummy ji ka haq nahi cheenungi, I will apply haldi to Raman after her only. She said and Toshiji applied haldi to Raman. After her, ishita went close to raman, took a bit of haldi and applied on his cheek. Then she took a bit of haldi off his cheek and applied on her cheek and said -happy haldi raman, ab haldi bhi ho gayi, ab bas shaadi karni bachi hai. Bye meri jaan, aapki dulhan shaam ko aayegi, saj kar apne dulhe ke liye. She said and went smiling while Raman and toshiji was just looking at her confidence which had scared them to no end.
