Thanks God he is a boy and not a girl, otherwise he would have to suffer even more. Feel sorry for the child. So Taimur has slanted eyes we know he has got them he had them since the womb big deal he got them from his daddy, his big bhai also has the same eye shape there is no need to mock him though. Kareena saying his eyes look like a Japanese samurai, Saif saying he looks like a mongol or Chinese version of Kareen. I feel sorry for him

You do realize that Kareena says he looks like his father and hen mentioned the eye shape, hence saying that Saif has those eyes. I hardly think she's mocking the eyes she fell in love with 😆
