Aamir Khan's first born, Junaid, has been working closely with his superstar father-filmmaker. Aamir told a source, "Junaid works with me.

Junaid is drawn to the arts. The strapping six feet-plus 20-something lad has assisted filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani on a couple of movies. Now, he has decided to become an apprentice with Aamir, who, we are guessing, will give him the entire 360 degree drill on filmmaking and other aspects related to it. This is also Aamir's way of spending more time with his son.

If he proves to be a chip off the old block, Junaid will be a force to reckon with in the time to come.

This boy has been doing theatre plays and workshops too. Now hes working with aamir.i think if he wants to be an actor he should really focus on how aamir responds to any script sessions and sit with him in one of those and see to what extent aamir and his script sense agree. Also learning post production of thugs and how his father conducts himself in interviews, will help him. He has so far been seen intrested on the creative side, with that been taken care of, i think junaid also needs to focus on his public appearances and for that,his father should be the last person to take advice from lol😛

This one kid im interested in watching. Either he will not make any impact or will be chupa rustom.im betting on the latter.

But then why did he go to acting school?

Harsh kapoor wanted to be an actor but learned filmaking,so did imran ,aamir himself trained as an AD under nasir hussain.

Fatima and sanya were also his interns,but they are actors too.

Athiya shetty and her brother did some filmaking course, even arjun was AD before. Why do these people do ulta? If aamir's son is a trained actor then why is he not acting?

Aamir had done theatre too for few years...the first year in the background and then as a stage performer...

@bold: ok Junaid is following the same way...maybe just too get overall knwhow abt filmmaking...

Junaid looks like bulky n tall version of faizal khan. Not good looking at all. Hope he sticks to being a film maker than another abhishek bachchan.

Dude this boy has been trying to learn the craft since the past 3-4 years. He assisted in ad films,pk, learned theatre abroad,dabbled in it back home and is now working with his workoholic father. He may not be goodlooking as per standard bollywood actors,but a trained theatre actor who bloody must have given an audition to bag a theatre play should not be written off as a next abhishekh bachan. On one side write off sara for bagging a role just like that and appreciate vicky kaushal despite him also not being the raj type hero is not fair.

Atleast hes trying to work hard, and not getting clicked here and there so nadiadwala "notices" him.
