Aditi could see the regret in his eyes..she patted his hand in hopes of making him feel better...and it did make Mr Singhal feel better.
"Meine socha ki woh mere marble ki factory mein kaam karenge...phir shaadi karenge...phir unke bache honge...toh ho jayegi unki settled life...khushiyon bhari...per mein galat tha ...mera bada beta toh police officer banna chahta tha...mujhe tab samajh hi nahi aya ki woh ek settled life ki jagah apni jaan khatre mein kyun dalna chahta hai..."
"Aur uss waqt mujhe laga ki acha baap hone ke naate mujhe usse iss jokhim bare kaam se duur rakhna chahiye...aur usse zabardaasti mere marble factory mein kaam karana chahiye..."
"Phir...?"Aditi could see that no matter he didnt support his kids...he loved them immensely and wanted only happiness for them

"Per daar gaya...kuch nahi bol paya...dar gaya tha ki kahin woh uss insaan ko apna payega jo usse uski sapne chin raha tha..."
Aditi could see the tears in his eye...damn he loved his son soo much.She hugged him.
"Papa ji...aap unse itna pyaar karte ho...toh bol kyun nahi dete..."
"Per beta..."
"Per wer kuch nahi...aap hi ne kaha tha na ki agar reaction acha ho toh gale se lagao aur agar bura ho toh usse double gale se lagao...ek smile ke saath...Aap ane bete se saab kuch bol do...and I am sure woh apko kaske gale se lagainge..."Mr Singhal could see hope rising in him...Vikrant loved him...he would never dump his babuji.They broke the hug.
"Thank you beta...kash meri aap jaise beti hoti...per koi baat nahi aab meri bahu aengi aur phir poti...waise aapki shaadi hui hai...?"It was first time that Mr Singhal liked a girl for his son...well his wife liked every other girl.
"Nahi hui...aab kya karoon aap jaisa koi mila hi nahi..."Aditi wanted to make his mood cheerful...Mr Singhal laughed heartly.
"Sach kahoon toh agar mein apni patni se itna pyaar nahi karta na...toh pakka tumhe bhaaga ke le jaata...waise mera beta aaj yahin aa raha hai...agar milna chahti ho toh..."Aditi could see the hope shinig in his eyes...but she cant say that a certain ACP was in her heart so she brushed it off.
"Per kyaa faida...am sure apka beta aap jitna handsome nahi hoga..."
"Woh toh hai..."with that both of them laughed.
Aditi turned towards him and with affectionate eyes spoke
"Aapki ghar mein jo bhi bahu banke aayegi...woh iss duniya ki sabse lucky ladki hogi..."
"Aur beta...tum jiss ghar mein bahu banke jaogi...woh ghar bahut lucky hoga"with that both of them smiled together.
(ADITI GETS A CALL AND SHE LEAVES...AFTER SOMETIME.).
After the call ends she comes back to find her papaji hugging a hulk of a man with a smile and tearful eye...Aditi guessed him as his son...She couldnt see the man face but she didnt know why she felt like she knew him.She left the dad son duo alone not before waving her hand to her papaji who noticed her leaving and mouthed a thank you.
Aww she felt soo happy watching them happy and before she could turn she noticed someone sitting in a far away chair.It was her dad.She went there and he confessed that he wanted to give her some privacy but he couldnt leave because no matter who her real dad was...he loved her like her real daughter and he was over protective about her.Aditi just smiled and hugged him...she didnt care what her past was...she loved her present dad and papaji more ...
(FOUR YEARS LATER...HOSPITAL ROOM...)
"Haaye meri pooti kitni sundar hai!!!"Mr Singhal smiled and looked at the small baby in his arms...oh his life was complete...his sons were happy and thus he was happy.
"Bilkul tumhare upar gaye hai putar ji..."He smiled at Aditi...yes now Mrs Aditi Vikrant Singhal...who looked radiant in her mother glow...
"Haan papa...saara credit apni beti ko hi dedo...meine toh kuch kiya hi nahi..."Vikrant said fake offendendly...ofcourse he wasnt offended at all.He was happy at his fathers smile.
"Tune sirf ek hi kaam acha kiya hai Vikrant beta...aur woh hai Aditi se shaadi...varna mein toh dar hi gaya tha ki kahin mere pota poti teri tarah na nikle..."
"Haa haaa mujhe bahut haasi aa rahi hai..."Vikrant said with sarcasm.
"Arrey kya aap bhi jab dekho Vikrant ko tease karne lag jate ho..."said Mrs Singhal taking the baby from her husbands hand...haye kitni soni hai...was all that came in her heart.
"Daadi mujhe bhi dekhna hai..."
"Haan Adirant beta dekh...tumhari choti behen..."Adirant looked at his sister and became an instant protective brother.
"Vaise bhabhi hamari princess ka naam kya hai..."said Virat holding Virohi in his arms who was two year old.
"Haan didi...hamari junior Adu ka naam kya hai..."said Arohi who had found her true love in Virat.
"Hmmm viditi socha hai..."
"Haan putar ji bahut acha naam hai..."said Mr Singhal.
Vikrant took the baby from his moms hand and looked at his little princess.He suddenly heard some wispers near him and found his dad wishpering to his wife.
"Putar ji iss nalayak ko bata dein ki iski aur meri beech sulah aap hi ne karwayi thi..."
"Nahi papaji...isse hum apne chota sa secret rakhte hain..."with that both of them giggled.Well Vikrant too felt like laughing...cuz he knew their secret...
FLASHBACK*
Vikrant had reached the restaurant to find his dad taking ice cream and sitting near a girl.He went near them and heard their converstaion..he finally realized how much his dad loved him.He tried to see the girls face and realized it was none other than Aditi...he must have realised it was her...He just smiled looking at the bond between them.

Let this dad daughter duo think he had no idea what they were talking about.
"Chalo saab ek photo lete hain..."Virat cheered and finally everyone smiled at the camera.
"Waise putar ji...hamari milne ki sabse badi wajah yeh thi ki mujhe ek beti mil jaye..."said Mr Singhal with a smile.
"Aur mujhe ek papa..."added Aditi with a smile.
They both hugged each other and smiled at the rememberence of the meeting that lasted forever and ever...
