Aditi smiled at him and took a spoon of her chocolate ice cream which relaxed her to great extent.(Trust me guys chocalate is best when mood is worst.😛)
"Ab yeh batao putar ji ki aap ro kyun rahe the...kya baat hai...aap mujhse saab share kar sakte ho"Aditi didnt know how but the sincere and affectionate look in his eyes helped her to a great deal to speak.
"Mujhe kuch der pehele pata chala ki main jinhe apni duniya manti thi...mere papa...woh mere papa nahi hai...unhone mujhe godh liya tha..."It was hard for Aditi...all she wanted to do was cry...but she somehow stopped her tears from flowing.She turned towards him but he didnt say anything.He kept a reassuring hand on her head and that was enough for Aditi to speak her heart out.
"Mujhe kuch samajh nahi aa raha...main kaun hoon..kiski beti hoon..aur unhone mujhe kyun choda...kya mein itni buri hoon..ya fir kya woh bure hain...kuch samajh nahi aa raha...kuch bhi nahi.."and with that she finally cried her heart out.Aditi had tried hard strenghtening her heart and stopping her tears from flowing...but she couldnt do it anymore...she couldnt stop them from flowing
Mr Singhals heart was clenching watching the cheerful face of the girl crying.He never liked it when his sons cried...but whenever they did..he used to do a small gesture which used to relax them.He gave Aditi a side hug...who kept her head on his shoulder and cried her heart out.
"Beta iss duniya main jo bhi hota hai na...uske piche koi na koi wajah zaroor hoti hai...hum uss din hospital mein mile the...iske piche bahut saare wajah ho sakte hai...per ek wajah ye bhi hai ki main aaj yahan aapke saath baith kar apka dard bant sakoon."Aditi lifted her eyes and looked at him with confusion.She didnt understand what he was trying to tell.
Mr Singhal saw the confusion in her eyes and continued
"Beta apne aap ko dosh mat do...isme aap ki koi galti nahi...Mein nahi janta ki apke maa baap kaun hai...aur kaise hain..per main itna zaroor keh sakta hoon ki agar woh bure the toh shayad kismat aapki zindagi mein khushiyan likhna chahti ho aur isiliye aapko unse door kiya ho..."
"Aur agar woh aache hon phir..."Aditi didnt understand how a parent could leave their child like that.
"Agar woh aache hain phir aise koi wajah zaroor hai jiske liye unhone apko khud se door kiya..."He could still see restlessness in Aditis eyes.
"Putar ji...kabhi kabhi na maa baap apne bachon ki khushiyon ke liye unki khushiyon se hi ladh jate hain...aur yeh mujhse behtar koi nahi samajh sakta..."Aditi lifted her eys after listening this...hmmm Mr Singhal also had secrets to share.
"Beta chahe tumhara athit kaisa bhi kyun na ho..apne aaj ko kuch mat hone dena...agar tumhara athit aacha hai toh use gale se lagana aut agar woh bura hai toh use aur kaske gale se lagana aur dikha dena ki woh tumhari himmat aur dil nahi tod sakta..."This made Aditi smile with hope...no matter what her past would be...her present is her dad...and he will always be her dad.
"Thank you uncle.."
"Uncle nahi putar ji...papa kaho..."He felt a connection with her from day one...so lets name this connection.
"Thank you papaji..."It felt right...it felt soo right calling him papa..Aditi gave him a hug which brought a sense of warmth in both their hearts...Aditi felt like she had the love of two dads...three if her real dad loved her.Mr Singhal felt like he finally had a daughter.Oh How he wished he had a daughter...but damn two hulks were born in his life.
They broke the hug and finally Aditi heart felt peaceful and happy.
"Aur aapki wife kaisi hai...uss din mein hospital se jaldi chale gayi...pooch bhi nahi payi ki aapki wife kaisi hai...aur na hi apke beton se mil paayi."
"Woh thik hai...balki aab uske paas zyada phurti hai...usine mujhe yahan bheja hai..."said Mr Singhal with a hearty laugh.
"Kya woh yahan hai.!?!?"Aditi really wanted to meet her.
"Nahi mein apne bete se milne aaya hoon...pata nahi usse kya baat karunga..."Mr singhal had said it in a wispher but Aditi heard it.
"Aap apne bete se baat kyun nahi kar sakte...kya baat hai..."Aditi didnt understand how such an amazing father had problem to speak with his son.
"Naraz hoon usse...ghar se jo bhaag gaya tha... woh bhi mujhse jagada karke...apne sapne poore karne the saabzaade ko.. police officer jo banna tha usse.."Aditi felt like laughing...the man was telling all this in a pouty face but she could literally see the pride in his eyes on the mention that his son was a police officer.
She kept a reassuring hand on his hand and finally Mr Singhal turned towards her...
"Aapki ankhon mein dikhta hai ki aap kitna proud feel karte ho ki apka beta police mein hain...mujhe sach janna hai...kya hai sach plz batayiye..aap kyun nahi baat kar sakte apne bete se..."
Mr Singhal didnt know how but he confessed everything to Aditi which he hadnt confessed to himself either.
