People like him exist a lot dear. Atleast his hair has turned white and can give him benefit of his old age thoughts. In my corporate work I have come across men who are in their 30s, 40s who think women are only home makers or max the woman can do in office is clerical jobs.

I have experienced such disparity also as I moved up the ladder. It's a challenge and you have to deal with it delicately and I applaud Zoya the way she treated Virani yesterday.

But it is important that to deal with a man like Virani you need a Adi also by your side. Because Virani was really put to place by Adi's silence allowing Zoya to speak.

But it is not just men who propogate such thoughts. We see women also doing such things and there will be men who actually would support and respect you.
