On 3 days of the week I wake up early and make tea and serve my mother tea, water and something light to eat like bread slice / biscuit / rusk in the morning at around 6.30 to wake her up...
Those days make me feel how a mother does that for us rest of the week for so many years...many times per day...without complaints...with happiness...so much effort...
