Yesterday out of nowhere like the atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki the entire Mahiya scene actually left me shook and my hopes crumpled 🤢.I liked Mahi as a villain she was not ott but now getting her involved in this triangle is so overused in indian telly world i fear it may take the path many stories have taken.Rather than jumping to conclusions i am giving the cv's a benefit of doubt I hope they don't turn Mahi into some crazed obsessive lover when Aditya's true intentions are revealed.
I guess most of our fam has a history with Gul and Ekta shows and if Mahi turns out any thing like them then our Adiya are royally screwed because such villains are always on the sidelines of leads life and their entire motto becomes to always come in between them .
Another thing i would like to add is that i was one of the few people who did not have have any issues with Zoya's character since the Day 1 even when she was portrayed as weak because i knew with time Zoya's character was bound to evolve afterall the script itself conveyed it but there were 2 things which actually made me cringe a lot... one was 'Hamare Yash' and the other was her blind faith in Mahi and Ma-in-law.I guess it's high time cv's start showing Zoya coming out of Yash's world which involves both these women.I really hope that this track was not only introduced for Mahi to become more vindictive and start her agenda against Adiya but also for Zoya to get to know Mahi's true colors.
P.S: I was shipping Mahi and Birju hard.I wanted Birju to come and save Mahi, her hair flowing , soft bgm and both of them lost in each other ultimately marrying and going to settle in a place far away from Zoya and Adi alas fairytales are far from real life and my ship sunk like titanic on it's first voyage 💔.
